Refund policy

If you experience buyer's remorse within seven days of purchasing your order, please contact us to initiate our refund process.

Refunds can be issued prior to the order shipping, but will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Once the order has shipped, all sales are final, and returns will be accepted at our discretion.

In the extremely rare event that you receive damaged products, please contact us directly with photos of the damaged products and packaging so we can contact the Mail Carrier and resolve the problem for you.

Please note that all Pre-Orders and Special Order Items are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, before or after release.
