READY TO SHIP YOUR HOLD BOX FROM QUILL-O-VERSE? HERE’S HOW!

When you’re ready to have your items shipped, use the “SHIP MY HOLD BOX” service to notify us. Once you place this order, your Hold Box will be closed, and we’ll gather and package your items. You will then receive an invoice for the shipping charges, calculated based on the package size and destination.

Important Notes:

• Only items currently in your Hold Box at the time of this request will be included in the shipment.

• Shipping costs are based on your location and package size and cover only the actual shipping and materials—no additional charges from Quill-O-Verse.

• The “SHIP MY HOLD BOX” service must be ordered separately and cannot be combined with other products in your cart.

Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

• Your cart is empty of any other products.

• You have received all notifications that the items you want to be shipped are fulfilled and ready.

• You will monitor your email (including spam/junk folders) for a shipping invoice within the next 24-72 hours and pay it promptly.

• Once you complete the checkout for this service, your Hold Box will be closed, and no further changes can be made to its contents.

Please remember, this service is not a free shipping offer but a request to prepare and ship your items. Your shipment will be processed and sent out within three business days after payment.
